What’s one idea about yourself that you are ready to get rid of?

Maybe something self deprecating – some sort of not enoughness – i.e. I am not successful or attractive enough.

Understand, that if not fished out, this thought will create experiences you don’t want today.

MORNING PRACTICE
1. Hold the thought in your mind and ask your self: How do I feel when I believe this thought?

2. Come up with the opposite (the positive affirmation i.e. I am filled with success) Think it repeatedly with your eyes closed and ask, how do I feel when I believe THIS thought?

Which feels better? Choose which you are going to take into your day. Remember – thoughts become beliefs which become actions which create your life. Take this new affirmation into your life today and let it ring true.

3. Reply to this email with your new affirmation for the day. Stake your claim by sharing it with me. I will hold this new truth with you.

4. Then write it down somewhere you’ll see a lot today – a post it on your desk or on your steering wheel, or on your hand.
