Let Go

I can promise you, when you hold onto something too tight (even a good thing) you’ll cause friction.

Life wants to flow. It wants to move. It wants to be flexible. When you get your grip wrapped around something tight, you restrict that natural flow.

So, let go.
And let yourself off the hook. You were raised in a world that told you that you have to do it all yourself.

You have to MAKE IT WORK.
Sometimes we do have to make it work. But let’s not forget to balance the MAKE IT WORK with the LET IT GO. The balance provides optimal flow. This morning we open our day and let it go.

5 MINUTE MORNING PRACTICE


Sit comfortably and let everything be exactly as it is. Let the noises, the smells, the “distractions” be as they are. Bring to mind a situation in which you know you are holding on tight. Repeat the following:

I am willing to let go and be shown.
