Weekend Retreat Co-Led by Kelsey Patel and Ryan Weiss
What: A weekend of it ALL! Opening with a beautiful, sacred Friday night Shabbat dinner and blessings led by Ryan + Kelsey, creating a container for our work and all the magik that will reveal through our time together. Saturday morning will open with a meditation and deep yoga movement practice, followed by workshops from both Kelsey and Ryan to move through the deepest parts of our core and open up to the passion, the purpose and the meaning of our lives. Beautiful outdoor lunch, followed by group exercises to take break up with your bullshit on a deeper and more personal level. An evening of just being in community together as we break bread, listen to live musical performances and end with a yoga nidra practice. Sunday will open with a bright kundalini morning flow, a morning workshop to follow and reiki healing and blessings to begin your journey of mapping out the next decade and chapter of your life. Each participant will walk away with a new, refreshed sense of self, sacred friendships and a bag full of our favorite goodies and go-to's. How To Find Hope When the World is Falling Apart
The company water-cooler talk has become focused on how awful things are. The shitstorm that is our poltics. Global Warming. Poverty. Mass Incarceration. Institutionalized Racism. Genecide. War…to name a few. These painful realities overwhelm us and it is no wonder we feel so hopeless amidst the heaviness of the darkness.
All that said - we’ve also never lived in more EXCITING TIMES.
People are doing genius work to find radical solutions to each of the previously listed atrocities. As individuals, all this darkness is forcing us to wake up to the ways we can add our unique stamp to make a dent in the world. Each of us must be doing work to facilitate hope for a new, improved life and world.
Hope doesn’t just happen. Hope is born of a process.
Ryan has designed a simple, applicable 4-step process called “THE ARCHITECTURE FOR HOPE”. The goal is to find freedom from our fear and complacency and get into power - action rooted in true strength and conviction. The steps are simple and can be used daily. By the end of this experience, you will feel a renewed sense of purpose and ready to be an agent of change in your life and in the world at large.

Where waking up phone in hand is not only normal but an absolutely compulsive addiction…
Where taking 20 minutes to get our mind on track is a “luxury”…
We must rework our approach to taking care of ourselves. We must understand the value of discipline. And we must learn how to give ourselves the kindness and love that we want so badly from others.
Ryan takes a fun, irreverent approach to poking a hole in the terrible things we do to ourselves and our health. He breaks down why we are so stressed and anxious.
He follows with direct experience of relief through short guided meditations.
After a highly designed writing exercise, Ryan teaches a simple, two-step morning practice we can all do from our beds.
Attendees will leave with a new found determination to take better care of their physical, mental and emotional well being. They will have practical applications they can use every morning and throughout the day - especially when experiencing a stressful situation. Ryan can also record a short meditation for all attendees which will be emailed after the event.
